The Symposium will be held on 30 May 2018 at PolyU with post-symposium events on 31 May 2018 at CityU and 1 June 2018 at HKU. It addresses the theme of “Higher education best practices – English teaching and learning in Hong Kong”.
This major annual event, organised by the Hong Kong Continuing Professional Development Hub (HKCPD Hub) for University English Teachers, aims to provide a dynamic platform for University Language Centre teachers to share best practices and research findings with a view to encouraging more informed and effective teaching, leading to concomitant improvements in learning.
We are expecting 200 colleagues from various Language Centres at the Symposium. There are 32 presentations, including papers, colloquia, workshops and interactive showcases. Check out the programme for details of the sessions.
